Melt the butter, toss in ham, onion, and garlic. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Slowly pour in the milk while stirring until it thickens up. Add some pepper and salt.

Spread the mixture flat on a tray and freeze for about 25 minutes.

Shape croquettes and coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Fry at 180°C until golden, then drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
