Ham cheese quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 rolled-out tart crust.
02 - 150g of cooked ham, diced.
03 - 4 eggs.
04 - 240ml of milk or cream.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (optional).
06 - 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley or chives (optional).
07 - 100g of shredded cheese (like Swiss, Gruyere, or cheddar).
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay the crust into a 9-inch tart pan.
02 - Put parchment and baking weights on the crust, then bake it for 10 minutes.
03 - Spread the diced ham all over the crust, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
04 - Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
05 - Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the crust.
06 - Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the quiche is golden and firm.

# Notes:

01 - Give it 5-10 minutes to rest before slicing to serve.
02 - Good for up to 3 days in the fridge.
03 - For extra flavor, add cooked veggies to the mix.
