Ham Cheese Flaky Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry.
02 - 2 slices of cooked ham.
03 - 100g of shredded cheese (like Emmental or Comté).
04 - 1 egg yolk.
05 - 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional).
06 - Wooden skewers for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 180°C to preheat.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry, place the ham evenly on top, and sprinkle the cheese all over.
03 - Roll up the pastry tightly, making a firm spiral.
04 - Cut the rolled pastry log into slices about 1 cm thick.
05 - Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle seeds if you’d like.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden on top.
