Ham and Cheese Croissants (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Making the Croissants

01 - 6 croissants, cut in two pieces
02 - 6 slices of cheddar or Swiss cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
04 - 12 slices of ham from the deli
05 - 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp of poppy seeds (optional)
07 - 1/4 cup of butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). This is the best temperature for baking.
02 - Cut the croissants through the middle to form a top and bottom. If they're too big or thick, you can trim them to make them easier to handle.
