Grilled shrimp on butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large shrimp or prawns, cleaned up.
02 - 1/2 cup (100g) of softened butter.
03 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced.
04 - A handful of fresh parsley, chopped.
05 - Juice from half a lemon.
06 - Pinch of salt and pepper to your preference.
07 - A drizzle of olive oil.
08 - Lemon slices for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Keep the heads and shells for richer flavor, but carefully remove the vein running along the back.
02 - Combine softened butter in a bowl with the garlic, chopped parsley, squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
03 - Lightly coat your grill grates with oil and heat up a pan or grill to medium-high.
04 - Brush each prawn with the garlic-parsley butter, then grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and juicy.
05 - Move them to a plate, drizzle the rest of the garlic butter on top, and add lemon slices before serving.

# Notes:

01 - If you don’t have access to a grill, a skillet works perfectly fine.
02 - For easier eating, you can peel the prawns before cooking them.
