Grilled Chicken Ranch Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling Basics

01 - 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
02 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
03 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

→ Fresh Toppings

04 - 1 avocado, cut into slices
05 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
06 - 1 cup tomatoes, diced
07 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded

→ Wrap & Flavorings

08 - Salt and pepper for seasoning
09 - Olive oil for browning
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the shredded chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
02 - Start by laying a tortilla flat, stack a quarter of the chicken mixture in the middle, and add cheese, lettuce, avocado, and diced tomatoes on top.
03 - Fold the sides inward and tightly roll the tortilla bottom-up to seal everything inside. Do the same for the others.
04 - Add olive oil to a medium-heated skillet. Place each wrap seam-down onto the pan, cooking 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and the cheese is gooey.
05 - Cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve hot. Add more sauce on the side if you'd like.
