Toss together the shredded chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.

Start by laying a tortilla flat, stack a quarter of the chicken mixture in the middle, and add cheese, lettuce, avocado, and diced tomatoes on top.

Fold the sides inward and tightly roll the tortilla bottom-up to seal everything inside. Do the same for the others.

Add olive oil to a medium-heated skillet. Place each wrap seam-down onto the pan, cooking 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and the cheese is gooey.

Cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve hot. Add more sauce on the side if you'd like.
