Festive Jello Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Jello Shots

01 - 1 packet (3 ounces) of green apple or lime-flavored gelatin
02 - 1 cup of hot boiling water
03 - 1/2 cup of chilled water
04 - 1/2 cup of Irish whiskey or vodka
05 - A few drops of green food coloring (optional)

→ Optional Toppings

06 - A dollop of whipped cream
07 - Edible glitter or green sprinkles
08 - Small shamrock candies

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big mixing bowl and pour the gelatin powder in. Add 1 cup of boiling water, and stir it up until you don't see any more powder. Throw in 1/2 cup of cold water, mix it again, then pour in the whiskey or vodka. Stir one last time. Want it greener? Add a few drops of green coloring!
02 - Set some small plastic cups or shot glasses on a baking sheet to keep things steady. Slowly pour the mixture into each cup, leaving about a quarter empty at the top.
03 - Stick the filled cups into the fridge. Let them chill for 2 to 4 hours, or until they're nice and firm.
04 - Pull the jello shots out of the fridge. Add whipped cream, a sprinkle of green glitter, or pop on a shamrock candy for flair. Serve cold and remember to enjoy responsibly!
