Green Apple Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sweetened Apple Syrup

01 - 4 tablespoons honey
02 - 2 cups water
03 - 3 green apples, tart (Granny Smith works great)

→ To Serve

04 - Sparkling water or soda water
05 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the apples into small pieces after removing the core. Don’t wait too long to avoid browning.
02 - Put the apple pieces, water, and honey into a large pot. Turn up the heat to bring everything to a boil, then lower it to simmer. Cook gently for 15 minutes while pressing the apples occasionally to release more juice.
03 - Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool completely. Use a strainer to press the mix into a bowl or pitcher, squeezing the apples to get the syrup out. Discard the solid bits once done.
04 - Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of syrup into each glass. Pour in soda water or sparkling water, toss in some ice cubes, and give it a gentle stir.

# Notes:

01 - This refreshing drink combines tart green apple flavors with honey’s subtle sweetness for a classy non-alcoholic treat.
02 - Store leftover syrup in the fridge for up to 5 days, so you can enjoy this easy-to-make drink anytime.
