Greek yogurt cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 11g of baking powder (1 packet).
02 - 100g sugar.
03 - 150g plain Greek yogurt.
04 - 150g flour.
05 - 2 eggs.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 180°C. Line a pan with parchment paper or grease and dust it with flour.
02 - Beat sugar with the eggs until the mixture looks pale. Stir in the Greek yogurt.
03 - Sift the baking powder and flour. Gently fold them in without overmixing the batter.
04 - Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean.
05 - Cool it down in the pan for a bit, then flip it onto a rack to finish cooling.

# Notes:

01 - You can add citrus zest or chocolate chips for variety.
02 - Stays fresh for 2-3 days in a sealed container.
