Brown the sausage, drain the grease, then mix in flour. Slowly pour in the milk as you stir until it thickens.

Turn oven on to 400°F. Brush oil on the crust and cover it with half of the gravy.

Stir eggs and milk together, then cook until they’re softly scrambled.

Place scrambled eggs over the gravy layer, then sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the crust looks golden and the cheese is bubbling.
