Gravy Biscuit Breakfast Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gravy

01 - 1/4 cup plain flour
02 - 16 oz of breakfast sausage
03 - A couple cups of milk
04 - A dash of ground black pepper (adjust to preference)

→ Pizza Base

05 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (if you want)
06 - 12-inch pre-cooked pizza crust

→ Toppings

07 - 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
08 - A quarter cup of milk
09 - 6 whole eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage, drain the grease, then mix in flour. Slowly pour in the milk as you stir until it thickens.
02 - Turn oven on to 400°F. Brush oil on the crust and cover it with half of the gravy.
03 - Stir eggs and milk together, then cook until they’re softly scrambled.
04 - Place scrambled eggs over the gravy layer, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
05 - Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the crust looks golden and the cheese is bubbling.
