Gravy and Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound sausage, uncooked.
02 - 6 biscuits (store-bought or homemade).
03 - 3 to 4 cups of milk.
04 - Half a cup of flour.
05 - Cayenne or red pepper flakes (optional).
06 - Pepper and salt.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big skillet, cook the sausage on medium heat until it's no longer pink. Take it out and drain extra grease.
02 - Put the sausage back in the pan, toss in the flour, and mix it well to coat everything evenly.
03 - Pour in the milk bit by bit while stirring over medium heat until it's thickened the way you like.
04 - Season with salt, pepper, and, if you like, a sprinkle of cayenne or red pepper flakes.
