Golden Sausage Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry.
02 - 6 sausages.
03 - Mustard.
04 - Fresh cream.
05 - 1 egg yolk.
06 - Provence herbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - Spread the puff pastry carefully on your work surface.
03 - Combine the fresh cream and mustard based on how you like the flavor.
04 - Put a sausage 2 cm from the edge of your pastry, roll it to wrap, then slice. Keep going for the rest.
05 - Brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle the Provence herbs over it.
06 - Bake them for about 20 minutes till they look golden and crisp.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep these wraps ahead of time and bake when needed.
02 - Great idea for a party snack or buffet table.
