Turn your oven on to 180°C and let it heat up.

Spread the puff pastry carefully on your work surface.

Combine the fresh cream and mustard based on how you like the flavor.

Put a sausage 2 cm from the edge of your pastry, roll it to wrap, then slice. Keep going for the rest.

Brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle the Provence herbs over it.
