Crispy airfryer potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Herbs like Provence mix (optional).
02 - Medium-sized potatoes, around 4.
03 - Salt, adjust based on your taste.
04 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
05 - Pepper, however much you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into chunks or wedges.
02 - Combine the potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl till everything's coated.
03 - Get the air fryer preheated to 200°C before cooking.
04 - Let it cook for 15-20 minutes, giving them a stir halfway through so they cook evenly.
05 - Serve while it's still warm, and toss in some herbs if you'd like.
