Mug French Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1 pinch of nutmeg
05 - 1 teaspoon butter
06 - 3 tablespoons milk
07 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
08 - 1 cup (250 ml) of torn bread pieces

09 - Peanut butter
10 - Raspberries
11 - Blueberries
12 - Bananas
13 - Powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Put the butter in a big microwave-safe mug and heat it for around 15–20 seconds, just till it's melted.
02 - Toss in the milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and egg. Whisk the mix until it comes together nicely.
03 - Slowly stir your bread pieces into the wet mixture, making sure everything gets coated. Let it sit for about a minute so the bread can soak it all up.
04 - Cook it on high power for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until it firms up. Start with 1 minute, then add time if needed.
05 - Pick your favorite toppings like fruit, powdered sugar, or a dollop of peanut butter. Serve right away.
