Garlic Sloppy Joe Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 1 loaf of ciabatta bread.
03 - 1 cup of sharp cheddar, shredded.
04 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
05 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
06 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded.
07 - 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.
09 - 1/2 cup of finely chopped yellow onion.
10 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter.
11 - 1/4 cup of water.
12 - 2 cloves of minced garlic.
13 - 1 1/2 cups of ketchup.
14 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
15 - 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and grab a baking sheet. Cut the ciabatta in half and slather on a mixture of the garlic and butter.
02 - Heat some oil, cook the beef and onions until browned. After draining the grease, toss in the garlic and stir for half a minute.
03 - Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, water, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce into the pot. Let it simmer gently for 20 to 30 minutes.
04 - Spoon the meat and sauce mixture evenly across the bread halves. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes, just until the cheese bubbles and the bread starts to turn golden.
