Garlic and oil dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced finely
02 - 1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes
03 - 1/2 tsp dry oregano
04 - 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
05 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

→ For topping

07 - Chopped fresh parsley

→ For dipping

08 - Bread (like focaccia) for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Put the minced garlic, red chili flakes, and oregano in a medium-sized bowl or flat dish. Grate the cheese right into the bowl and pour the olive oil on top.
02 - Stir everything using a spoon, then sprinkle salt and pepper to your liking. Add a little fresh parsley (or basil) over the top if you'd like.
03 - Pair with slices of bread to dip and enjoy straight away. This serves about 4 people.

# Notes:

01 - This olive oil dip can stay fresh for up to a week in the fridge when stored in an airtight container. Be sure to bring it to room temperature before using.
