Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put parchment paper over the baking sheet.

Cut the pizza dough into 12 equal sections. Press each section into a small rectangular shape.

Spoon a little bit of mozzarella into the center of each piece. Wrap the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges shut to make a knot.

Stir together the melted butter with minced garlic, salt, and parsley in a small bowl.

Arrange the knots on the parchment-lined sheet. Generously coat each with the garlic butter mix. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they've browned and the cheese has melted.

Take out of the oven, optionally add another brush of garlic butter, and enjoy while hot, dipping in marinara sauce.
