Garlic Herb Bread Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Gold Base

01 - 3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic, chopped finely
02 - 2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil

→ Herb Blend

03 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil leaves
04 - 1 tablespoon finely minced rosemary
05 - ¼ cup premium cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
06 - 3 tablespoons finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese

→ Flavor Boosters

07 - 1 teaspoon pre-mixed Italian seasoning
08 - ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (leave out for a milder taste)
09 - 1 tablespoon optional balsamic vinegar for zing
10 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt
11 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Put the olive oil into a small pan and warm it up over medium heat. Throw in the minced garlic and sauté until the edges are golden and crispy. Make sure you don't walk away – garlic burns super fast! Once done, pull it off the burner.
02 - Use a flat serving plate or wide bowl. Stir together the rosemary, salt, fresh basil, grated Parmesan, pepper, red chili flakes (if you want), and Italian seasoning.
03 - Pour the warm garlic oil over the herb mix and gently combine everything. If you're into it, drizzle some balsamic vinegar for a tasty kick.
04 - Serve with crusty bread, warm pita, or pizza crust as a dip. Let it sit for a couple of minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.

# Notes:

01 - This oil gets tastier after sitting a while to blend the flavors.
02 - Pop any leftovers in the fridge and use them within a week. Bring them to room temperature before serving.
