Garlic chicken pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - Salt and pepper to your liking.
07 - 12 ounces fettuccine pasta.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
11 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping.
12 - Extra garlic butter, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water with some salt to a boil. Follow the time on the pasta package, then drain and set it aside.
02 - Heat up some olive oil in a large pan. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté the chicken for 6-8 minutes, then put it aside.
03 - Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan. Add in the chopped garlic and cook until fragrant. Toss the chicken back into the pan.
04 - In a clean pan, melt the other 2 tablespoons of butter, stir in the rest of the garlic, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Let it gently boil and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
05 - Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce and toss everything well.
06 - Dish out the pasta, top with the buttery garlic chicken, sprinkle with parsley, and add some extra garlic butter if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Keep some pasta water aside in case the sauce needs thinning.
02 - Cut chicken into even chunks so they cook at the same speed.
