Garlic Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 pounds of chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized chunks.
02 - 2 spoons of regular flour.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried Italian herbs.
04 - Freshly cracked black pepper and salt to taste.
05 - A spoonful of olive oil.
06 - 3 spoons of unsalted butter, divided into portions.
07 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced (about 1 1/2 tablespoons).
08 - 2 chopped tablespoons of fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up a 12-inch non-stick pan on medium heat.
02 - Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel. Toss them with flour, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
03 - Warm oil and 1 spoon of butter in the skillet. Spread the chicken pieces out evenly in the pan.
04 - Let the chicken cook for around 3 minutes until golden, flip, and cook another 2 minutes.
05 - Stir in the rest of the butter, garlic, and parsley. Cook for a minute or until pieces reach 165°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Go heavy on parsley if you'd like extra fresh flavor.
02 - A splash of lemon juice gives a tasty finish.
03 - Tastes great with veggies or couscous.
