Garlic Chicken Butter Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large pieces of chicken breast

→ Coating Mix

02 - 4 tbsp almond flour or Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2
03 - 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (from a canister)
04 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
05 - 1/4 tsp table salt

→ Cheesy Garlic Butter Sauce

06 - 2 tbsp of butter
07 - 3 tbsp minced garlic
08 - 1 cup of heavy cream
09 - 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
10 - 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
11 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1/2 tsp dried parsley or cilantro
13 - 2 tsp freshly chopped cilantro or parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into thinner pieces. Mix almond flour or Gluten-Free Bake Mix 2 with Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Cover each piece of chicken evenly with this mix.
02 - Heat olive oil in a big pan on medium heat. Fry the coated chicken, turning often, until both sides are golden and almost cooked through.
03 - In a different pan, melt butter over low-medium heat. Cook the garlic in it until it turns light brown. Stir in chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and dried parsley or cilantro. Keep stirring until the cheese combines smoothly.
04 - Put the cooked chicken into the garlic sauce. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until the meat is tender and white on the inside, but don't overcook it. Toss in freshly chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
