# Ingredients:

01 - Frozen diced potatoes.
02 - Sharp cheddar cheese.
03 - Sour cream.
04 - Butter.
05 - Onions.
06 - Garlic.
07 - Flour.
08 - Chicken broth.
09 - Milk.
10 - Cooking oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Thaw the diced potatoes and pat them dry.
02 - Cook the garlic and onion in melted butter, mix in the flour, then stir in the liquids to make a thick sauce.
03 - Combine the potatoes with the cheesy sauce, sour cream, and grated cheddar. Spread it into a baking dish.
