Easter Popcorn Ball Fun (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 ounces of small marshmallows
02 - 3 tablespoons of butter with no salt
03 - 10 cups of unsalted plain popped popcorn
04 - 1 1/2 cups pastel chocolate candies with a candy shell
05 - Half a teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
06 - Food coloring (optional, pink, blue, yellow)
07 - Nonstick spray for your hands

# Instructions:

01 - Put your popped plain popcorn in a huge bowl and leave it to sit aside.
02 - On medium heat, melt your butter in a medium pot. Stir in the marshmallows and keep mixing until it's smooth and melted down.
03 - Take the pot off the heat and mix in your vanilla. If you'd like, separate into smaller bowls and mix in a drop of food dye for some fun colors.
04 - Pour the melted mixture right over the popcorn, then carefully toss and mix until everything’s covered.
05 - Toss in the pastel candy-covered chocolates and gently stir until just combined.
06 - Spray your palms with cooking spray, then press the popcorn mixture together to shape 3-inch spheres.
07 - Place the shaped popcorn balls on wax paper and leave them to cool completely before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t overmix after putting in the candies or they’ll melt.
02 - Wrap each popcorn ball in plastic if giving them as gifts or putting them in baskets.
