Put your popped plain popcorn in a huge bowl and leave it to sit aside.

On medium heat, melt your butter in a medium pot. Stir in the marshmallows and keep mixing until it's smooth and melted down.

Take the pot off the heat and mix in your vanilla. If you'd like, separate into smaller bowls and mix in a drop of food dye for some fun colors.

Pour the melted mixture right over the popcorn, then carefully toss and mix until everything’s covered.

Toss in the pastel candy-covered chocolates and gently stir until just combined.

Spray your palms with cooking spray, then press the popcorn mixture together to shape 3-inch spheres.

Place the shaped popcorn balls on wax paper and leave them to cool completely before eating.
