Frozen Yogurt Peanut Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter.
02 - 1 cup of plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt.
03 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
04 - 1 full tablespoon of maple syrup or honey.
05 - 2 large spoons of coconut oil.
06 - 6 oz (about 1 cup) of chocolate chips.
07 - A handful of salted peanuts (about 2 tablespoons).
08 - Optional: Popsicle sticks.
09 - Optional: Silicone mat or wax paper.

# Instructions:

01 - Put a layer of wax paper on a baking tray.
02 - Mix the peanut butter and yogurt together. Add honey or syrup, then vanilla. Stir until it's all creamy.
03 - Drop half the filling in small portions on the tray. Place a stick into each. Cover with the rest of the mixture. Lightly press them flat, add peanuts on top, then freeze for 2 hours.
04 - Heat chocolate chips with coconut oil till smooth. Dip the frozen bars, then freeze them again.

# Notes:

01 - Mini chocolate chips can be mixed in.
02 - Wait 5-10 minutes after taking out of the freezer before you eat.
03 - Stays fresh in the freezer for up to a month.
04 - Use regular peanut butter (not the natural kind).
