Grab a small tray or plate, and cover it with a sheet of parchment paper.

Peel your bananas, split them in half, then slice each half lengthwise. You should end up with four pieces per banana.

Break the dark chocolate into bits, toss it into a small bowl with the coconut oil, and microwave for a few seconds. Stir until it's totally melted and smooth.

Take about a teaspoon of peanut butter and spread it evenly on each banana slice.

Pour your melted chocolate over each banana slice evenly.

Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of shredded coconut over each banana piece.

Put the coated slices on the tray, and stick them in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours.

Once frozen, move them into tight-sealing food containers and keep frozen. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
