→ Main parts

01 - 3 ripe bananas
02 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
03 - 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
04 - ¾ teaspoon coconut oil
05 - 3 pieces of dark chocolate (28 g)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small tray or plate, and cover it with a sheet of parchment paper.
02 - Peel your bananas, split them in half, then slice each half lengthwise. You should end up with four pieces per banana.
03 - Break the dark chocolate into bits, toss it into a small bowl with the coconut oil, and microwave for a few seconds. Stir until it's totally melted and smooth.
04 - Take about a teaspoon of peanut butter and spread it evenly on each banana slice.
05 - Pour your melted chocolate over each banana slice evenly.
06 - Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of shredded coconut over each banana piece.
07 - Put the coated slices on the tray, and stick them in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours.
08 - Once frozen, move them into tight-sealing food containers and keep frozen. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Use perfectly ripe bananas for the best flavor. These treats can be stored in the freezer for several weeks.
