Sweet & Salty Frito Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 ounces of Fritos, around 1 ½ bags.
02 - 1 cup of peanut butter, smooth and creamy.
03 - 1 cup of granulated sugar.
04 - 1 cup of light corn syrup.
05 - 1 cup of chocolate chips or melting chocolate.
06 - Optional: sprinkles for decorating.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a baking sheet, line it with either parchment paper or a silicone mat, then set it aside to use later.
02 - Put a big pot on medium heat, toss in the sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter, and keep stirring until they blend well and bubble up.
03 - Take the pot off the stove and carefully mix in the Fritos until they're fully covered in the mixture.
04 - Scoop some of the mix from the pot and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop or a big spoon.
05 - Leave the candies on the counter for about 30 minutes so they can set up.
06 - Warm up chocolate chips or melting chocolate in the microwave, heating it in short bursts of 30 seconds and stirring each time until it's totally melted.
07 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the candies with a fork. Sprinkle some decorations on top if you're feeling fancy.
08 - Wait for the candies to cool down completely before digging in.
