Put some paper towels on a plate.

Stir together the egg, milk, and pancake mix. If it’s too thin, add extra mix.

Warm the oil to about 375°F.

Work in small batches (4-6 cookies each): Dip each Oreo in the batter, let the extra drip off, and fry for 1-2 minutes per side till they’re golden brown.

Move them to the paper towels to soak up the oil.
