Fried Marshmallow Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 large marshmallows.
02 - 1 cup of milk.
03 - 1 big egg.
04 - 1 1/2 cups of pancake mix.
05 - 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (plus extra for frying).
06 - Whipped cream on the side.
07 - Sprinkles for topping.
08 - Chocolate syrup for drizzling.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 3 inches of oil to 350°F in a deep pot.
02 - Stir together the pancake mix, milk, egg, and 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl.
03 - Cover marshmallows completely in the batter.
04 - Fry for 30 to 60 seconds, flipping until browned evenly.
05 - Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
06 - Serve while warm with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles on top.
