# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cucumber (or 2 small cucumbers).
02 - A single tomato (cherry tomatoes work too).
03 - 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds.
04 - Half a teaspoon of sesame oil.
05 - 1 tablespoon of ponzu sauce (yuzu-flavored is best).

# Instructions:

01 - Stir it a bit, cover the bowl, and let it cool down completely in the fridge.
02 - Combine ponzu sauce and crushed sesame seeds with the veggies.
03 - Chop the tomato into bite-size bits, slice cucumbers thin, and toss them in a bowl.
04 - Drizzle the sesame oil over the vegetable mix.
