Fluffy Bunny Buns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - Butter for greasing your baking dish
02 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
03 - 1 cup (270g) plain yogurt
04 - 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour

→ Optional Decoration

05 - Edible markers to add fun designs, if you'd like
06 - Melted butter to brush over the top

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). In a bowl, mix the yogurt, flour, and salt until the dough comes together. If it's too sticky, toss in a bit more flour, about a tablespoon at a time.
02 - Divide the dough into 6 portions, about 70g each. From each piece, roll one bigger ball (45g) for the face, and then two smaller sausage-like pieces (12g each) for the ears.
03 - Grease a large ovenproof dish with plenty of butter. Spread out your 6 face-shaped pieces, leaving room between them. Stick the smaller dough shapes to the sides of each face to form the ears.
04 - You can brush the tops with some melted butter, if you'd like. Bake for around 20 minutes. Serve while they're warm, and draw on faces using edible markers if you want to make them fun.

# Notes:

01 - If you don't have self-raising flour, mix plain flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
02 - Store the dough in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze it for about 4 months.
03 - These are best warm! Reheat leftovers in the microwave for 10 seconds to enjoy again.
