Fig Cranberry Pistachio (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
02 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/4 cup dried figs, diced
06 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
07 - Extra cranberries, figs, and pistachios for coating
08 - Serve with fresh veggies, fruits, or crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey or maple syrup, figs, pistachios, and cranberries into a medium bowl. Stir until totally blended.
02 - Scoop the mix onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll it up into a log, wrap it snugly, and stick it in the fridge for at least an hour so it can firm up.
03 - Spread out the extra chopped figs, cranberries, and pistachios on a plate. Roll the chilled cheese log onto the toppings, pressing lightly so they stick.
04 - Move the cheese log to a serving plate. Surround it with crackers, fruits, or some veggie pieces to dip in, and dig in!
