Cranberry Feta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 clove garlic.
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin).
03 - Salt and pepper as you like.
04 - 2 tablespoons milk or cream, only if needed.
05 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta.
06 - 1/4 cup plain cream cheese.
07 - 1/2 cup cranberry jam or sauce.
08 - 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh.
09 - 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios.

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, blend the feta cheese, olive oil, cream cheese, garlic, and your seasonings. Add a splash of milk or cream if it feels too thick.
02 - Place the creamy feta mix in a bowl or on a plate, spreading it evenly.
03 - Put the cranberry sauce over the top, sprinkle with pistachios and thyme, and drizzle a little more olive oil to finish.

01 - You can make the sauce yourself or buy it at the store.
02 - Add milk in small amounts to get the right texture.
03 - Prep it early, then add toppings later before presenting.
