Line up an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Make sure it covers all sides and the bottom.

Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and peppermint together. Microwave for 30 seconds, give it a stir, and repeat until smooth.

Scoop half a cup of the mixture into one small bowl and mix in red coloring. Do the same with another half cup using green coloring. Stir both quickly.

Add dollops of the colored mixes into the pan. Swirl them around using a sharp knife. Sprinkle with decorations if you'd like.

Refrigerate for at least two hours until firm.
