Santa Hat Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of milk
02 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
03 - 4 teaspoons of baking powder
04 - 1 beaten egg
05 - 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 12 fresh strawberries
08 - 1/4 cup of sugar
09 - Whipped cream for topping
10 - 1/4 cup of sprinkles (add extra for garnish)
11 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
02 - Add the milk, oil, beaten egg, and vanilla to the dry mix. Stir until you get a smooth batter, then gently fold in the sprinkles.
03 - On a heated and greased griddle, pour 4-inch circles of batter. Flip them when bubbles form on top.
04 - Stack pancakes, then add whipped cream, a strawberry on top, and more whipped cream for a festive look.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze these for up to 3 months.
02 - To keep them warm, place in a 200°F oven until ready.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
