Creamy Meat Farfalle (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100g of grated Parmesan cheese.
02 - 450g of ground beef.
03 - 1 small chopped onion.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 teaspoon of paprika.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
07 - 240ml of heavy cream.
08 - 475ml of beef broth.
09 - 340g of farfalle pasta (bow-tie).
10 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
11 - Fresh parsley on top (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta based on the package instructions. Drain it and set it aside.
02 - Brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Get rid of any extra fat.
03 - Toss in the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
04 - Stir in the broth, cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer gently.
05 - Mix in the pasta, coating it well with the sauce. Sprinkle in the Parmesan and let things thicken up.
