Endives sausages creamy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 heads of endive.
02 - 250 g of smoked sausages.
03 - 1 onion.
04 - 20 g of butter.
05 - 200 ml of thick crème fraîche.
06 - Salt.
07 - Pepper.
08 - Fresh parsley (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the endives lengthwise, then into thin strips. Chop the onion and cook the sausages ahead of time. Set them aside for now.
02 - Melt the butter in the same pan. Toss in the onion and endives, giving them a stir for about 10 minutes.
03 - Add the sliced sausages and crème fraîche. Season to taste, then simmer for a couple more minutes.
04 - Garnish with parsley if you'd like, then serve it warm with some bread or steamed potatoes on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Pairs beautifully with steamed potatoes or crusty bread.
02 - If you need to stretch the sauce, a splash of broth works well.
