Easy Tortilla Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ onion, diced.
02 - 4 cups chicken stock.
03 - 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
04 - 2 teaspoons cumin powder.
05 - 2 teaspoons chili seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
07 - 1 cup fresh or frozen corn.
08 - 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with chilies.
09 - 1 (15 oz) can of rinsed black beans.
10 - 1 (14.5 oz) can of crushed tomatoes.
11 - Tortilla chips for garnish, if you like.
12 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar (optional).
13 - Fresh cilantro leaves for sprinkles (optional).
14 - 1 sliced avocado, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Except for toppings like chips, cheese, or cilantro, toss everything into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and make sure the valve is sealed.
02 - Set it to high pressure for 30 minutes.
03 - Perform a quick release to let the pressure out.
04 - Pull out the chicken, shred it, and stir it back in. Add any toppings you want, and serve it up.

01 - Frozen chicken works well too.
02 - Let kids crush tortilla chips for a fun topping!
