Creamy Mushroom Risotto (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the risotto

01 - 200g of mushrooms
02 - 250g of risotto rice
03 - 75cl of vegetable broth
04 - 1 onion
05 - 10cl of white wine
06 - 20g of grated parmesan
07 - 3 tablespoons of cream

→ Herbs and Seasonings

08 - 1 small sprig of rosemary
09 - 1 small sprig of thyme
10 - Olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the broth. Chop the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Remove the leaves from rosemary and thyme.
02 - Soften the onion in olive oil. Toss in the rice and cook it until it looks a bit see-through.
03 - Pour in the white wine and let it soak in. Add the mushrooms and herbs. Gradually add the broth, letting the rice absorb the liquid before adding more.
04 - Stir in the parmesan and cream. Mix it well and serve it warm.
