Simple lemon cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Half a cup (100g) of white sugar
02 - Half a cup (100g) of light brown sugar
03 - A cup (125g) of all-purpose flour
04 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 cup (240ml) of whole milk
06 - 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

→ Topping

08 - 1 can (595g) of lemon pie filling

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to heat up to 175°C.
02 - Place the butter in the baking dish and melt it in the oven.
03 - Combine the flour, two sugars, baking powder, vanilla, and milk in a big mixing bowl.
04 - Pour the batter over the melted butter in the dish. Don’t stir it! Spread the lemon filling over the top evenly.
05 - Cook for 45-50 minutes until the crust has a golden brown look and the filling is bubbling.
