Easy Lasagna Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
03 - 1 pound of ground beef
04 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
05 - 6 fresh mozzarella slices
06 - 1 package (8 oz) no-boil lasagna noodles
07 - 2 teaspoons of Italian herb mix
08 - 2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes
09 - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
10 - 1 teaspoon of salt
11 - 2 small cans (6 oz each) tomato paste
12 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
13 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
14 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
15 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in the oil, drain any grease. Mix in tomatoes, paste, and seasonings. Let it cook for a few minutes on low heat.
02 - In a greased pan, layer noodles, the meat sauce, and those cheeses. Do it again. End with the mozzarella slices on top.
03 - Cover with foil. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°F. Take the foil off and bake for another 10 minutes.
04 - Take it out and let it sit about 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over the top if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - You can pick ricotta or cottage cheese.
02 - No boiling needed for the noodles.
03 - Let cool a bit before slicing.
