In a big bowl, stir together the milk, yeast, and sugar. Wait 5-10 minutes until the mixture foams up. Add the salt, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs. Slowly add the flour until the dough starts to come together.

Use a floured surface to knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover it up, and leave it somewhere warm for 1-2 hours until it grows twice as big.

Flatten the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread it with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix evenly. Roll it into a log shape and cut into 12 pieces.

Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and leave them to puff up for 30-45 minutes. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Brush them with melted butter as soon as they come out.
