Sweet Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
02 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
05 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1/4 cup sugar
08 - 2 teaspoons dry active yeast

→ Topping

09 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
11 - 1/4 cup sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together the milk, yeast, and sugar. Wait 5-10 minutes until the mixture foams up. Add the salt, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs. Slowly add the flour until the dough starts to come together.
02 - Use a floured surface to knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover it up, and leave it somewhere warm for 1-2 hours until it grows twice as big.
03 - Flatten the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread it with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix evenly. Roll it into a log shape and cut into 12 pieces.
04 - Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and leave them to puff up for 30-45 minutes. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Brush them with melted butter as soon as they come out.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding a powdered sugar or vanilla drizzle for an extra treat.
02 - Store any leftovers in a sealed container for a few days.
