Easy Air Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Slice 2 big, boneless, skinless chicken breasts into cutlets.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground garlic.
03 - A pinch of black pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
04 - 1 tablespoon of oil (vegetable, olive, or canola).
05 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne for a spicy kick.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon powder made from onions.
07 - 25g or 1/2 cup of dried crumbs of bread.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes or powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon regular table salt.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Press chicken into bread mixture and lay it in fryer basket.
02 - Drizzle oil on chicken in a bowl. Stir spices into breadcrumbs on a plate.
03 - Coat chicken evenly with oil and rub in the seasonings. Add to fryer.
04 - Turn heat to 390°F and cook chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping at the 7-minute mark.
05 - In the fryer at 390°F, cook chicken for 12-15 mins. Flip after half-time and let rest 5 mins before eating.
