Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

In a big bowl, stir together the brownie mix and flour. Pour in the vegetable oil and eggs, then mix until smooth.

Gently stir the chocolate chips into the dough if you'd like to use them.

Scoop out blobs of dough about a tablespoon each. Drop them onto the lined baking sheet, keeping 2 inches between each one.

Bake them for 8 to 10 minutes. The edges will look done, but the centers should still seem a bit soft.

Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for around 5 minutes, then move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
