Easy lemon cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cod fillets.
02 - 1 lemon.
03 - Fresh lemon juice.
04 - Extra virgin olive oil.
05 - Sea salt.
06 - Butter.
07 - Oregano.
08 - Salt.
09 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Take a baking dish and coat it with a little olive oil.
03 - Put the cod in the dish, drizzle some olive oil on top, squeeze the lemon over it, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
04 - Pop it in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. You'll know it's done when the flesh flakes easily.
05 - Dish it up while it's hot and serve with a lemon wedge on the side.

# Notes:

01 - The fish should be white all through and flake when touched lightly.
02 - Serve it right away to enjoy its best flavor.
