Turn your oven on to 400°F and let it heat up.

Take a baking dish and coat it with a little olive oil.

Put the cod in the dish, drizzle some olive oil on top, squeeze the lemon over it, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pop it in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. You'll know it's done when the flesh flakes easily.

Dish it up while it's hot and serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
