Doritos Taco Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (13.8 oz) chilled pizza dough.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheese mix (Mexican blend).
03 - Half a pound of ground beef.
04 - Half a bag of crushed Doritos.
05 - Half a packet of taco seasoning.
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of water.
07 - Optional: Guacamole for topping.
08 - Optional: Salsa for serving.
09 - Optional: Sour cream as a dip.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Brown the beef in a skillet, drain, then mix in the water and taco seasoning. Let it cook another 2-3 minutes before cooling.
03 - Unroll the pizza dough. Spread over the beef mixture, sprinkle on the cheese, then finish with the crushed Doritos.
04 - Roll up the dough like a log, slice into half-inch pieces, and place the slices on a tray lined with parchment paper.
05 - Bake them for 10-12 minutes till they turn golden brown.
06 - Pair with toppings like guac, salsa, or sour cream, and enjoy.
