Dinde lasagnes roll-ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground turkey.
02 - 12 lasagna noodles.
03 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
05 - 1 beaten egg.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided.
11 - 2 cups marinara sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Boil the lasagna noodles as directed on the box. Drain them and lay each one on parchment paper to cool.
03 - Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until it's fully cooked, breaking it into small chunks. Drain off extra fat.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked turkey.
05 - Spread a layer of the turkey mixture over each noodle. Roll them up and place them seam-side down into a baking dish.
06 - Pour marinara sauce evenly over the rolls, making sure they're coated. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
07 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
08 - Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes before serving them.
