Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Boil the lasagna noodles as directed on the box. Drain them and lay each one on parchment paper to cool.

Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until it's fully cooked, breaking it into small chunks. Drain off extra fat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked turkey.

Spread a layer of the turkey mixture over each noodle. Roll them up and place them seam-side down into a baking dish.

Pour marinara sauce evenly over the rolls, making sure they're coated. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.

Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes before serving them.
