Date Snickers Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Soft and fresh Medjool dates, large size
02 - Smooth natural peanut butter (or another favorite nut butter)
03 - Unsalted roasted peanuts (or any other nuts you like)
04 - Good quality dark chocolate bar or chips
05 - Sea salt flakes to sprinkle on top

# Instructions:

01 - Find the natural line on each date, then slice it open gently to make a pocket, leaving one side attached.
02 - Line a freezer-friendly tray with parchment. Carefully open each date to make space for the filling.
03 - Fill the inside of each date with a spoonful of nut butter. Add a few nuts, lightly press to close, and pop them in the freezer to firm up.
04 - While the dates chill, heat the chocolate until it's smooth and ready to use. Let it cool a little so it coats evenly.
05 - Take the firm dates out of the freezer. Fully dip each one into the melted chocolate using a couple of spoons for easy handling.
06 - Sprinkle the chocolate-covered dates with some sea salt while they're still wet. Put them back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens.

01 - Keep them in a sealed container in the freezer.
02 - Serve straight from the freezer for the best texture.
