# Ingredients:

→ Custard

01 - 3 tablespoons custard powder
02 - ¼ cup (50g) sugar
03 - 2 cups (480ml) milk

→ Fruit Mix

04 - 2 tablespoons black grapes, halved
05 - 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
06 - 3 tablespoons green grapes, halved
07 - ¼ cup mango, diced
08 - 1 medium banana, sliced
09 - 3 tablespoons apples, roughly chopped

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - Chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts) for crunch
11 - A sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for warmth
12 - A pinch of vanilla extract for added flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Take a small bowl, add a splash of cold milk to the custard powder, and blend until smooth and lump-free. Put it aside for later.
02 - Pour the remaining milk into a sturdy pan and cook it over medium heat. Stir it now and then to avoid burning. Let it gently boil a few times.
03 - Once the milk is bubbling gently, sprinkle in the sugar. Keep mixing until the sugar has fully dissolved.
04 - Slowly pour the custard mix into the boiling milk while stirring the entire time. Let it cook for another few minutes until it thickens up nicely.
