Curry Coconut Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 2 tablespoons lime juice.
03 - 1 teaspoon turmeric.
04 - 2 tablespoons curry powder.
05 - 1 1/4 cups coconut yoghurt.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a bowl and stir well until it’s smooth.
02 - Try it on tofu, beef rump, cauliflower steaks, sirloin, or chicken thighs.

01 - This marinade works great with both veggies and proteins. Coconut yoghurt keeps it creamy, while turmeric and curry powder pack in the flavor.
