Mix the drained tuna with the soft cheese portions. Chop up the hard-boiled eggs into smaller bits. Season it all with some salt and pepper, then give it a good mix so everything’s evenly combined.

Spoon the delicious filling onto the thin pastry sheets (brick). Fold them carefully into either rolls or neat triangles.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pastries. Cook them on both sides until they look golden and feel nice and crunchy.
