01 - 4 sheets of thin pastry (brick pastry)
02 - 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
03 - 1 can of tuna (drained)
04 - 6 cheese portions (like Laughing Cow)
05 - Salt (to taste)

07 - Oil (for frying)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the drained tuna with the soft cheese portions. Chop up the hard-boiled eggs into smaller bits. Season it all with some salt and pepper, then give it a good mix so everything’s evenly combined.
02 - Spoon the delicious filling onto the thin pastry sheets (brick). Fold them carefully into either rolls or neat triangles.
